Explain How An Organization's Work Impacts The Health and Safety Needs Of A Local Community.

The different work processes within the organization all work towards improving the safety and protecting the society against the recurrent disasters. Also, it means that how the organization operates determines the safety needs of the local community through which UNICEF is in operation ("UNICEF," 2020). They do this by creating ways of improving the safety needs of the people within the community. Over the years, the company has provided numerous resources that have played a significant role in improving the quality of life. For instance, the wellbeing of the mothers and the children are highly considered. It means that through sufficient funding, the organization can make donations, which are crucial in reducing the risks emanating from diseases. UNICEF provides essential services that impact the health of the local community. In this case, there is improved health as well as a reduction in the mortality rate ("UNICEF," 2020). Even still, donations made through the organizations in the local communities are to improve the health systems (Gershoni, 2020). With my capabilities and engagement in the organization, I will have a significant impact on the community as well. The aim is to support and strengthen children even as they continue to grow. Also, services by UNICEF has helped in providing education through scholarships, social protection as well as hygiene ("UNICEF," 2020). My addition is essential as I will help in promoting increased quality of health.
